    Billing Policy

    For public schools and other customers who have established a charge account with us, terms are 30 days net. For all others, payment is due with order. We accept American Express, Master Card, Discover and Visa. See our fax and mail order forms.

  • Credit on Returns

    Credit on Returns

    If you wish to return a Community Playthings product, please call us within 30 days of receiving it for return instructions. We will arrange all the details and pay for the return shipment. You are responsible for repackaging the item. Please hold on to your carton and packaging materials until you are certain that your order fulfills your needs. There will be a 10% restocking charge. No unauthorized returns are accepted.

    Please inspect each box when your order arrives, and note any damaged or missing boxes on the delivery receipt. Then give us a call and we'll send you a replacement.

    Our replacement parts service is available to keep your equipment up and running. Give us a call. It is helpful to have the serial number from the product when you call.     Although durability and safety are prime concerns in the design of our product, Community Playthings are used by young children of immature judgment and are not intended for unsupervised use. The buyer assumes all risk of injury or applicability to a particular use.

    We promise you 10 years of service, day-in and day-out. We've always stood behind our products, but as of January 1, 2006 we're making you a promise: a 10-year warranty that covers every component of our early childhood products. Consider it a declaration of confidence in the durability of our items.
